About us

Wiser Safety was set up by Managing Director Wayne Jeal in 2010, with the aim to save workplaces time, energy and money in meeting their health and safety obligations.  Offering a complete range of outsourced health and safety services under one roof, Wiser Safety would take care of everything, freeing up clients’ time to spend it growing their business.

Ten years on, that aim still guides Wiser Safety’s work.  From ISO audits and site inspections, safeguarding solutions and risk management, e-Learning and work-based training, there isn’t anything Wayne and his team don’t know and can’t do, for companies wanting to take the headache out of compliance and keep their staff and their businesses safe.

Wayne is still the principal consultant and trainer and although now ably supported by a growing team of expert accredited advisors, he likes to remain hands-on and in touch with every client.  Wiser Safety provides cost-effective and flexible training and consultancy solutions that can be tailored to suit any type of business or budget.
